Rooted in the Aegean.
Made for the life you are living right now.
My grandmother was born in Thessaloniki and spent her summers in Bodrum, where the figs were always better than anywhere else and lunch could last until four.
She never talked about wellness. She simply lived well. For her, a table was never just a table. It was the reason to gather, to slow down, to be present. The vegetables had to be seasonal. The olive oil had to be good. You ate sitting down — always — and you ate with pleasure. After lunch, you rested. Not as a luxury. As a matter of course.
I spent years studying — Vedic health coaching, nutrition, somatic movement — trying to understand what makes a body feel well. And what I kept finding, underneath every framework and every study, was my grandmother's table.
Good ingredients. Real rest. Pleasure without guilt. Unhurried time.
